If you've been arrested for a DUI, your blood alcohol concentration determines, in large part, what your DUI charge will be.

You will be charged with an Extreme DUI if your blood alcohol content exceeds .15.

If your blood alcohol concentration is .20% or higher, you'll be charged with a Super Extreme DUI.

Blood alcohol concentration in the .08% to .15% range is a normal First Offense DUI or DUI Second Offense charge.

Minimum of 30 consecutive days in jail. The Court may suspend 20 of the 30 days.
